Q. Do you accept email marketing campaigns?

A. Yes, however we have a zero tolerance policy for ‘spamming’. We will accept genuine opt-in lists, customer lists and any other type of emailing provided that it is not unsolicited.

Q. Do you use cookies?

A.  YES, we set a tracking cookie that lasts for 30 days. Any players visiting your site will retain your specific cookie for this period. Cookies are set per the last site visited (assuming it has a valid Partner Poker cookie). This means if a player visits another affiliate site and then comes to your site, your cookie will over-ride the existing cookie and you will earn the signup.

Q. Do  you allow non-gaming sites to advertise your Poker Rooms?

A. Yes everyone is welcome to send players to our Poker Rooms with the exception of the following type of sites:

• Websites targeted at minors, or any person under 18.
• Websites featuring adult contact of an illegal nature.
• Websites featuring or linking to illegal content.

Q. How do I track my clicks and earnings?

A. The Partner Poker Affiliate Program will provide you secure access to our stats area where you can access your reports.

Q. What if a visitor I direct opens accounts at multiple sites?

A. You are credited for every account. Often players will try one site, then another and so on. Using Partner Poker allows you to multiply your earning potential from each visitor you refer.

Q. How do the payments work?

A. Payment will be sent every month if your total combined earnings are above $200.00. If not, it will be carried over to the next month. Please make sure that your profile is updated in our partner area.

Q. Am I paid from each site individually?

A. No. Partner Poker will payout your total combined earnings as a single payment.

Q. How do you keep track of the customers that you sign-up?

A. Each Partner is given a unique ID. When the customer opens an account with us after being directed to one of our websites via the special tracking URL, his/her account will be tagged with your unique ID which will identifies him/her as one of the customers that you directed to us. In turn, this will enable us to keep track of those customers and pay your proper referral fees from the revenue we earn from them.

Q. How do I track my clicks and commission earnings?

A. We provide all affiliates and referrers with password-protected access to our Stats Area. Here, our affiliates can view their statistical reports.

Q. Do my earnings for each site need to be over the minimum?

A. No. Only your total combined earnings need to be over $200. If your earnings are less, they will carry over to the next month. If your site has established traffic this is not be much of an issue but for newer sites this helps you get paid faster and help your site grow!

Q. What is "Rake"?

A. Simply put, rake is how the online poker rooms (including our Poker client) make money. If the player contributes $10 into a $100 pot, then they will be attributed 10% of the rake, so on a $3 rake, that's $0.30, your share of that rake is 40%, thus $0.12 for a particular hand.
